School Curriculum

The intent of this manual is to provide your students with the opportunity to participate in Canada’s National Summer Sport, regardless of your/their level of lacrosse experience, or the equipment and facilities available to your school. Lacrosse Canada encourages you to be creative and find ways to make these lessons fit your environment. The drills found in this manual can be taught in a gymnasium or outside on a sports field. The equipment that is needed can be adapted depending on whether you are playing indoors or outdoors, or with younger or more mature athletes. The most important thing to keep in mind is the spirit of fair play and the goal of having FUN!
